If you&#039;re going to be hustling for money in this country you should really convince the next friend from the UK who pays a visit to bring an additional piece of luggage stuffed with your book... Then you could sell it out the trunk of a car on a busy street and I would buy one from you... Welcome to San Francisco, this is how it used to be done...</description>
